Go to the global settings tab.

Click into layouts.

Click on "Create Layouts" in the layouts tab.

If needed, contact support for additional layouts beyond the default five.

Add a layout background from your computer files pop-up.

Wait for the notification that the layout is updated.

Name the layout (e.g., "Middle School").

Close the layout window once updated.

The new layout will appear with the assigned name and object count (initially zero).
