You can generate either one or up to 10 mobile/desktop screens at a time from one prompt. Both are useful for lightning-fast ideation.
Just make to sure to be explicit in your prompt so Flowstep knows. For example, "Generate multiple screens for...", "Cover the full user journey in the app...", etc.
