Surveys: Verify Caller ID

Add a new Caller ID phone number for Volunteer Connect Pro surveys

Surveys using the Volunteer Connect Pro mobile application require a Caller ID phone number to be verified before calling can be started. This is the phone number and name that will be displayed on a respondent's phone when dialing out on the survey. You will be contacted with the phone number you enter to complete the verification process.

  1. Go to Walk Books > Verify Caller ID

  2. Enter the Caller ID phone number and the name to associate with the survey. Both values are required for verification.

  3.  Click the Add Number button.

  4. Follow the on-screen prompt to enter the verification code when your phone is contacted. Click the blue OK button to confirm that you've entered the code.

  5. Click the Refresh button to complete the process.

Be sure to click the Refresh button after confirming the verification code on your phone, or the new Caller ID will not be added to Data Center. Please contact the Help Desk if the new phone number does not appear after the Refresh button is selected and the web page refreshes.

The new Caller ID phone number is now available for creating new surveys in the Volunteer Connect section of the Create Surveys page.
