2GIG DWS - Low Battery

Learn how to identify and troubleshoot low battery issues with your 2GIG Door/Window Sensor for optimal security performance.

What You Need:

  • 2 CR-2032 Batteries

Instructions

  1. Ensure the panel is disarmed.

  2. Remove the sensor cover by depressing the tab on the end.

  3. Remove the old batteries.

  4. Install 2 new CR-2032 batteries.

  5. Replace the cover.

  6. Test the sensor by opening and closing the door or window and checking the panel to make sure it is registering as open and closed.
