Honeywell DWS - Low Battery

Discover how to troubleshoot and replace the low battery in your Honeywell door/window sensor for optimal security performance.

What You Need:

  • 1 CR-123A Battery

  1. Ensure the panel is disarmed.

  2. Remove the sensor cover by depressing the tab on the end.

  3. Remove the old battery.

  4. Wait 15–20 seconds.

  5. Install a new CR-123A battery.

  6. Replace the cover, making sure it clicks into place.
