Learn how to resolve the low battery with your GE Carbon Monoxide Detector

What You Need:

  • 3 – AA batteries

Instructions:

  1. Open the battery cover by pressing down on the release button.

  2. Slide the battery cover away from the sensor.

  3. Remove the old batteries.

  4. Wait 15–20 seconds.

  5. Install 3 replacement AA batteries, paying attention to the polarity.

  6. Replace the battery cover.
