Client and Agency Theme Configuration

Fluent allows you to personalise your workspace by updating your brand theme, layout styles, and profile information. This ensures reports and presentations align with your agency and clients visual identity.

Step 1: Open Settings

  1. Click Settings [The 'Cog'] in the top-right corner of the Fluent interface.

  2. Select the ‘Themes’ sidebar

  3. The Settings panel appears on the left with the following sections:

    • This where you manage your agencies workspace, brand library and appearance


Step 2: Customise Your Workspace Theme

PRO TIP: Have one tab with one of your reports open and another tab with the theme settings. As you are building out your perfect theme, 'save' it and then refresh your open report and see how the updated theme settings look on your report.

The Themes tab controls how your reports and presentations look.

From here, you can tailor colours, logos, and slide layouts to match your brand.

Theme Settings

Each group expands into editable sections.

Global Styles

  • Brand Colours - define your brand’s primary and secondary palette.

  • Logos - upload company or client logos for use in reports.

Layout Styles

  • Cover Slide - configure the design of title slides.

  • Section Slide - set up dividers between sections.

  • Content Slides - customise default layouts for report content.


Element Styles

Adjust individual slide elements. By default, they inherit settings from your Content Slides.


Step 3: Save Changes

After making updates in Themes, click Save in the bottom-right corner.

Your new settings are applied immediately across your workspace.
