Overview
The ’Invite Member’ option allows you to invite additional team members from your organisation to Fluent, so they can begin creating, editing and generating reports.
Step 1: Open Settings.
Click the settings icon [cog] in the top-right corner of the Fluent interface.
Select the ‘Members’ sidebar
This is where you can invite new team members, as well as manage everyone who currently has access to Fluent. You can change their level of permissions (Business User, Data User or Admin), and remove them if they no longer require access.
Step 2: Invite a new team member
Select the ‘Invite Member’ button
Type in the team members email address
Choose their permission level
‘Business User’ - Can edit and generate reports
‘Data User’ - All Business User permissions, but can also set-up custom metrics, and dimensions.
‘Admin’ - All above permissions, can add + remove users, and set-up Themes for reports
Step 3: Send Invite
Click ‘Send Invite’
The newly invited team member will receive an invite in their inbox
The team member will be prompted to sign-up and create an account
Sometimes the invites will land in your email spam box, depending on your organisations email filters, so if your colleague hasn't received it after 5 minutes, please check there.
