Overview

Exporting a report allows you to take your finalised report from Fluent, and export it to your chosen delivery medium.

Reports can be exported directly to a third party platform, like Google Docs, or the text can be copied to your clipboard, so you can paste it in an email, or other platform.

Step 1: Open a Doc Report

  1. Find the doc report you want to export.

  2. Click on, and open the full report.

Step 2: Click ‘View & Edit’

  1. Hover over the body of text.

  2. Once a grey, ‘View & Edit’ button appears, click on that.

Step 3a: Export [Google Doc]

  1. Once the report is open, you have two ways of exporting it.

    1. Click the blue ‘Generate Google Doc’ button in the top right of the screen.

    2. Fluent will then begin generating your Google Doc.

    3. Once it has been generated, you will be prompted to ‘Open Google Doc’, which will take you to your exported report.

Step 3b: Export [Copy to Clipboard]

  1. Once the report is open, you have two ways of exporting it.

    1. Click the ‘Copy report’ icon (Overlapping squares), next to the ‘Save Changes’ button.

    2. Your report content will now be copied to the clipboard.

    3. Paste the report in your chosen destination - i.e. an email.
