Step 1: Open Deck Settings
Navigate to the Deck Settings cog icon in the top-right corner of the Slides interface.
Click the icon to open the Deck Settings panel.
Step 2: Open the Schedule Tab
Scroll down within Deck Settings until you reach the Schedule section.
Click + Schedule to create a new automated delivery schedule.
Step 3: Choose a Delivery Channel
Select the channel you want to deliver the slide deck through:
Slack
Email
If you choose Slack, the deck will be sent to a predetermined Slack channel configured in your workspace.
If you choose Email, enter one or more recipient email addresses.
This may include your own email or client/team distribution lists.
Step 4: Set the Delivery Cadence
Choose how frequently Fluent should send the scheduled deck:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Depending on your selection, choose the day and time for delivery.
Ensure the timing aligns with your reporting rhythm or client expectations.
Step 5: Save the Schedule
After configuring channel, recipients, cadence, day, and time, click Save.
Fluent will store your schedule and automatically deliver the deck going forward.
