Scheduling a Slide Deck in Fluent

You can automate slide deck delivery using the Schedule tab in Deck Settings. Choose Slack or email, set the cadence, day, and time, and save. Fluent will then send the deck automatically according to your configured schedule.

Step 1: Open Deck Settings

  1. Navigate to the Deck Settings cog icon in the top-right corner of the Slides interface.

  2. Click the icon to open the Deck Settings panel.


Step 2: Open the Schedule Tab

  1. Scroll down within Deck Settings until you reach the Schedule section.

  2. Click + Schedule to create a new automated delivery schedule.


Step 3: Choose a Delivery Channel

  1. Select the channel you want to deliver the slide deck through:

    • Slack

    • Email

  2. If you choose Slack, the deck will be sent to a predetermined Slack channel configured in your workspace.

  3. If you choose Email, enter one or more recipient email addresses.

    • This may include your own email or client/team distribution lists.


Step 4: Set the Delivery Cadence

  1. Choose how frequently Fluent should send the scheduled deck:

    • Daily

    • Weekly

    • Monthly

  2. Depending on your selection, choose the day and time for delivery.

  3. Ensure the timing aligns with your reporting rhythm or client expectations.


Step 5: Save the Schedule

  1. After configuring channel, recipients, cadence, day, and time, click Save.

  2. Fluent will store your schedule and automatically deliver the deck going forward.
