Duplicating a Deck in Fluent

Decks can be duplicated either from the decks list or from within the deck itself. Copies retain all content and data queries, and can be created in the same client workspace or copied to another client. Client-specific filters may need updating.

Step 1: Duplicate a Deck from the Decks List

  1. In the client’s workspace, locate the deck you want to duplicate.

  2. Hover over the deck to reveal the three-dot menu.

  3. Click the three dots to open the pop-out options.

  4. Select Make a Copy.

  5. Choose whether to:

    • Duplicate the deck within the same client workspace, or

    • Copy the deck to another client, useful for reusing a template across different accounts.

  6. Fluent will create the copy with all existing content and data queries included.

Step 2: Review Client-Specific Filters After Copying

  1. If the deck includes filters tied to a specific client (e.g., accounts, campaigns, or platform filters), these may not apply to the new client.

  2. After duplication—especially when copying to a different client—review and update any such filters to ensure accuracy.

Step 3: Duplicate a Deck From Within the Deck

  1. Open the deck you want to duplicate.

  2. Navigate to the Share & Export button in the top-right corner of the deck editor.

  3. At the bottom of the menu, select Make a Copy of This Deck.

  4. Fluent will create a duplicate within the same client workspace.
