Share and Collaborate in Fluidfit.ai

Share and Collaborate on Flows Easily

Fluidfit.ai makes it easy to collaborate on flows while maintaining clear ownership, controlled access, and full traceability. Flow sharing allows you to invite teammates or external collaborators, assign them specific roles, and work together securely—without losing control of your work.

What Is Flow Sharing?

Flow sharing lets the owner (author) of a flow grant access to other users so they can collaborate on shared flows. The user can then view or edit and execute the flow based on assigned permissions by the owner.

Each shared flow retains a single owner, ensuring accountability and consistency.

Roles and Permissions

When sharing a flow, the owner assigns one of the following roles:

Sharing a Flow with Existing Fluidfit.ai Users

To share a flow with an existing user:

  1. Click on Share button in "My Flows" for the flow you want to share

  2. Invite recipients using their email ID

    1. If the user is already registered with Fluidfit.ai, they receive a notification email to view and collaborate on the shared flow.

    2. If the user is not registered with Fluidfit.ai, an invitation email is sent to the recipient to join Fludifit.ai

3. Assign a role (Editor, or Viewer) and Click on Share flow icon.

Once shared:

  • The flow appears in the recipient’s “Shared with Me” section on their Fluidfit dashboard.

  • The assigned access level is clearly visible in the UI

Sharing a Flow within the Organization

Step 1: Open sharing

From My Flows, click Share on the flow you want to share.

Step 2: Choose who can access

In the Restricted dropdown, select Organization to share the flow with all members of your organization.

Step 3: Set access level

Choose an access role (Editor or Viewer), then click the Share Flow icon.

  • The flow is shared with all members of your organization.

  • All shared users and their access roles are listed in the Share Flow panel.

  • The flow appears in the recipient’s Shared with Me section on their Fluidfit dashboard.

  • Each user’s access level is clearly visible and can be updated at any time

Managing Access and Permissions

Flow owners can manage sharing at any time by accessing "Shared By Me" section. This includes:

  • Viewing all users who have access to the flow

  • Changing roles (for example, Viewer ↔ Editor) - Individual user access can be updated or removed as needed.

  • As the flow owner, you can stop sharing at any time by clicking Stop Sharing. This removes access for everyone and makes the flow private.

  • To remove access only for organization users, open the Access Role dropdown and remove organization access from there.

Reshare Flows

Fluidfit.ai now allows users to easily reshare flows with other users. Editors can share flows with either Editor or Viewer permissions, while Viewers can reshare flows with Viewer access only.

Credit Accounting for Shared Flows

For all shared flows, the Credits are accounted towards the executioner of the flow.

For instance, if a User A shares a flow with User B and User A runs the flow 1 time and User B runs the flow 2 times, the credits will be accounted towards each each user's individual runs. In this case, if the credit cost to run the flow was 100 credits, below will be the credit usage accounting:

User Runs Credits Used

User A 1 100

User B 2 200

Summary

Flow sharing in Fluidfit.ai enables secure and flexible collaboration while preserving ownership and control. By assigning clear roles—Owner, Editor, or Viewer—you can ensure everyone has the right level of access and responsibility.

This approach helps teams collaborate efficiently while maintaining governance, accountability, and predictable credit usage.
