Using Antigen Density Slider and Other Filters in FluoroFinder

Narrow your product search by using filters

Using the filters available on the Markers Page allows you to narrow the search results for each marker.  For example, selecting "Hit3" in the Clone filter will limit your search results on the following page to only include antibodies that use the "Hit3" clone.  The filters for Host and Isotype work this same way.

Antigen density can be accounted for by using the Antigen Density Slider.  Say you have a highly expressed antigen and you only want to search for antibodies that are conjugated to dim fluorochromes.  Simply move the slider bar to "High Ag - Dim Fluor".  When you continue to the Products page you will only see products that are conjugated to dim fluors (those with just 1 or 2 brightness bars on a relative scale of 1 to 5).

FluoroFinder does not pre-set the antigen density level for any marker.  You are left to select the antigen density that best fits your marker, cell type, disease state, drug treatment, etc.

Be careful to not overuse these filters.  If you want to see all product options leave these filters set to "any".  If you continue to the Products page and can't find a specific product it might be because you accidentally filtered it from your results!
