Designing experiments can be a long and difficult process without the right tools. FluoroFinder simplifies complex experiment design by having integrated tools such as a comprehensive antibody search tool, interactive instrument configurations, and a multivendor spectra viewer, saving researchers time, reducing errors, and helping design better experiments.

Tools (overview)

Panel Builder:

Design multicolor panels for cytometry experiments with pre-loaded instrument configurations and reagents from all suppliers. "Plus" members enjoy access to our "Intellipanel" automated panel design tool, designed to optimize your panel at the touch of a button!
โ€‹

Spectra Viewer:

Interactive multivendor spectra viewer. Depict the emission of over 1,000 fluorochrome curves with spillover reports and product search. View fluorophores in the context of your personalized conventional or spectral cytometer configurations.

Cell Types Tool:

Leverage our literature review and interactive cell ontology diagrams to learn more about your cell types of interest, antigen expression profiles and defining markers, and potential gating strategies for proper identification in your panel design

โ€‹Product Search:

Search millions of antibodies without designing an entire experiment with the same integrated visual tools and features as the Panel Builder.

Dye Directory:

Search fluorescent dyes by excitation and emission characteristics, optimal laser and filter sets, and common applications.

Training:

FluoroFinder offers detailed training videos and quizzes for conventional cytometry, spectral cytometry, and cell sorting. Short informational videos provide extensive information on the basics of cytometry, and grow with the user to more advanced topics. Intermittent quizzes test the users knowledge, and certificates of completion allow for easy tracking of progress!
