✅ New Ownership Transfer Rules (Effective Now)
You can now transfer a project to any paying FlutterFlow user — even if they are not part of your team or a project collaborator.
No need for a Collaborator Pass.
No need for the recipient to be an editor or team member.
The recipient must be a paying user (on any paid FlutterFlow plan).
This change makes it much easier to hand off client work or share ownership between independent developers.
⚙️ How to Transfer Ownership
In FlutterFlow, open your project and go to:
Settings & Integrations → Project Setup → Collaboration → Project-Level Access
Find the current owner’s role.
Select the new owner from the dropdown list (you can enter their FlutterFlow email).
Click Transfer Ownership to complete the process.
⚠️ FlutterFlow Support cannot manually transfer project ownership for you.
All ownership transfers must be done directly from your project settings.
💡 Notes
The recipient must have a paid FlutterFlow account before accepting the transfer.
Once ownership is transferred, the previous owner loses ownership rights but can still be re-added as a collaborator if needed.
