Confused about how projects and plans work in FlutterFlow? You're not alone! Let's break it down in a way that actually makes sense.
What's the difference between Personal and Team Plans?
Great question! FlutterFlow has two main types of plans:
Personal Plans (Free and Basic)
Team Plans (Growth and Business)
And your projects? They also come in two flavours:
Personal Projects
Team Projects
I have a Free or Basic plan. Can I create a team?
Nope! Personal plans (Free and Basic) don't support teams or project sharing. If you accidentally created a team while on a Basic plan, the easiest fix is to delete it from your Team Settings. Otherwise, things might get a little wonk
What about Growth and Business plans?
Now we're talking! Team Plans (Growth and Business) unlock the real power of collaboration.
Fun fact: You can totally have a Growth plan with just yourself on the team. Yep, a team of one! Still counts.
Wait, so how do I use my team plan features?
Here's the catch: by default, all your projects may be tied to your personal plan. Even if you have a shiny Growth or Business plan, you need to share the project with your team to unlock team features (yes, even if you're the only member!).
Once you share it, you'll get access to cool stuff like mobile publishing, deployment, AI credits, and more. If you skip this step, your project stays on your personal plan (usually Free), and those features won't show up.
Got it! Anything else I should know?
Just remember: team plans need team projects. If you want to use all the awesome features your plan offers, make sure to share your project with your team. It's a simple step that makes all the difference!
Hope that clears things up! Feel free to reach out to support@flutterlfow.io you have more questions. 😊
