With Hitch, we match passengers and experienced pilots who’ve both already planned trips to the same destination. The FAA refers to this as having a “common purpose.”. Passengers and pilots independently submit their trip plans and then we do the matchmaking.

Passengers and pilots receive detailed profiles, including pilot credentials and the aircraft type. If both parties decide to connect then we’ll make sure that the cost of the flight is split pro rata amongst everyone on the flight.
