If you wish to cancel your booking, you'll need to get in touch with TUI directly.

A TUI representative will advise about the cancellation policy and any eligibility for a refund. If you agree to proceed with cancellation, TUI will forward confirmation to us.

TUI will refund any eligible amount to the same payment method used for the original booking. The refunded amount will be credited to your Fly Now Pay Later account.

If the refund is not enough to cover the outstanding balance, you are still liable to repay us the remaining amount.
