If you are declined, we'll email you a formal decline letter explaining the reason your application was declined, key factors affecting your credit profile, your rights as a borrower, and contact details for both the credit bureau and federal reporting agency in case you want to know more.

Not to worry! If you are declined based on your credit profile and/or travel selection, you will be able to try again after 30 days.

To make a decision, we run credit checks and eligibility checks. If you've given us all the right information but you were still declined, it means that there was probably something in your credit report that meant we were unable to offer you an account or payment plan.
