It's most likely that we were unable to verify the card provided to pay for the upfront payment of your application. This usually happens when the card is not registered to the same address and/or the name on the card doesn't match the applicant.

Please also make sure you are using a debit card as we do not accept credit cards. If you wish, you can start a new application using a different method of payment.
