When you opt to use Fly Now Pay Later to book your travel, we pay for your travel on your behalf and in return you agree to repay the amount outlined in your credit agreement via instalments.

If your booking has been cancelled, please contact our Customer Support team by sending an email to support@flynowpaylater.com and provide a cancellation/refund confirmation that you received from your travel provider.

Our team will do the rest - we'll verify this information with your travel provider and let you know the next steps. Any refunds owed will be credited back to your Fly Now Pay Later account to clear your outstanding balance. If the refund is not enough to cover your outstanding balance, you will still be liable to repay the remaining difference.
