This depends on how you made your booking:

If you booked using one of our 💼 Travel partners or using the 💳 Virtual card, you'll have to get in touch with your chosen travel provider directly. You'll be able to find the best way to contact your travel provider on their website.

Depending on their own policies, cancellation fees and charges may apply. Any refunds due will be credited back to your Fly Now Pay Later account in order to clear your outstanding balance owed. If the refund is not enough to cover your outstanding balance, you will need to keep paying off the remaining amount.

If, however, you booked using the 📱 Fly Now Pay Later app directly, the fastest way to cancel your booking is to get in touch with our Customer Support team by sending an email to support@flynowpaylayer.com and we'll do the rest!

We will contact the airlines on your behalf to enquire cancellation and refund policy for your booking. We will contact you as soon as we receive a response from them.
