While it’s important you keep to the agreement we have together, we know that sometimes, things happen. If you miss a payment, we’ll send you a gentle reminder as well as you will be applied a late payment fee.
If you miss more payments, we’ll have to take further steps, but that’s all outlined in your Credit Agreement. (We’ll send you this when you open your account.)
