Any refund received will first be credited to your Fly Now Pay Later account. If you have an outstanding balance owed on your account, the funds will be used to clear the outstanding balance.

If the refund is not enough to clear your outstanding balance, you will still need to repay the outstanding amount. However, if the refund is more than the outstanding balance owed, we will refund you the difference.

It's worth noting that the refund your account is credited may be less than the original purchase cost, depending on any charges or fees applied by the travel provider (for example, they may charge you a booking cancellation fee).

Keep in mind that depending on the travel provider's policies, the refund process can take 6 to 8 weeks to be fully completed.
