To make a decision, we run credit checks and eligibility checks. If you've given us all the right information but you were still declined, it means that there was probably something in your credit report that meant we were unable to lend you the money you need.
But worry not! If you are declined based on your credit profile and/or travel selection, you will be able to try again after 30 days.
