Navigating Your Ads
Upon logging into the new Supplier Workspace, you are directed to the Ads Management Page, where you can access all of the Flytedesk ads that have been booked for your organization.

The Ads Management Page consists of the following elements:
Ads management table
We'll begin with an overview of the ads management table. This listing contains summary information for all of the Flytedesk ads that have been booked for your organization.

The following information is provided for each ad in the table:
Ad name: A brief description of the inventory targeted by each ad
Ad ref: The unique ID associated with each ad
Campaign: The name of each ad's parent campaign
Run Dates: The date(s) each ad is scheduled to run
Quantity: The quantity of inventory being delivered for each ad (e.g. 1 ad placement)
Rate: The price your organization has set for a single quantity of the targeted inventory
Revenue: The total amount your organization will earn for each ad upon verified delivery (less any applicable Flytedesk fees or commissions)
NOTE: All dates & timestamps displayed in the platform reflect Central Time.
Appendix A: Ad Status
The following are status values that represent keys stages in the ad lifecycle:
Status | Description |
Pending | Ad is missing information and/or approvals required to deliver |
Delinquent | Ad is at risk of late delivery due to missing information and/or approvals |
Ready | Ad is ready to deliver on its start date |
Started | Ad is in the process of delivery and/or is awaiting verification |
Completed | Ad has been delivered and verified; no further action is required |
Filter Ads
Filter presets allow you to quickly surface any ads that require your attention:

Click the "All Filters" button to load the ads filter panel, which enables you to narrow the results in the management table based on the following attributes:

Export Ads Data
You can export data associated with your ad (as a .csv file) at any time by clicking the "Export" button directly above the ads management table. Any filters you have applied will determine the ads included in the export.

Reviewing Your Ads
In order for your ad to be considered ready for delivery, you will need to complete a review of the ad details & creative.
To review all of the information associated with an ad, click on its name in the management table to open the ad details drawer.

The ad details drawer is comprised of four interactive sections that streamline the fulfillment process for each ad:
Pro tip: You can toggle between ads in the footer of the drawer.
Review Ad Details
For each ad, please review the information in the Ad Details section of the drawer and complete the Review form at the top.

Approve or reject the ad based on the information provided, or you can request a change for any of the fields below:
Run dates
Quantity
Rate
If you are requesting a change, please provide specific instructions in the field at the bottom of the form (e.g. "Can you reschedule the ad for any day the following week?") and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Ad Details must be approved before the start date in order for the ad to deliver.
Review Creative
For each ad, please review the associated files in the Creative section of the drawer and complete the Review form at the top.

If creative is not yet uploaded for the ad, you have the option to pre-approve the creative (i.e. you have confidence based on the advertiser that any creative will comply with your policies). Pre-approving creative will set the review to complete.

Approve or reject the ad based on the creative provided. If you are requesting a change to the creative, please provide specific instructions in the field at the bottom of the form (e.g. "Can you please add the following disclaimer...") and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Creative must be approved (or pre-approved) before the start date in order for the ad to deliver.
Appendix B: Activity Feed
The activity feed section in the ad details drawer displays a history of important events & messages associated with each ad.

Key events in the lifecycle of each ad are displayed in the activity feed.

Messages enable a two-way conversation between your organization and Flytedesk about any ad. If you have any questions or feedback about a specific ad, you can post a message in the activity feed.

All messages associated with users in your organization are aligned on the right-side of the feed, and messages from Flytedesk are aligned on the left.
Messages can be deleted within 60 minutes of posting.

Download Creative
Once creative has been uploaded for an ad, you can preview those files & any relevant information in the Creative section of the ad details drawer.
Each file can be downloaded by clicking the download button below the preview image; to view a larger preview of any file, click directly on the corresponding image in the drawer.

Verifying Your Ads
Once your ad is live, you will need to submit a visual verification (i.e. proof-of-placement), along with any required metrics based on the media type.
Submit Verification
When your ad verification is "Ready to submit", open on the Verifications tab in the drawer. Click the Go to Verification button to load the standalone verification form.

NOTE: If your ad has not reached its start date (i.e. verification status is "Pending delivery"), the button to submit your verification will be disabled.

Modify & Resubmit Your Verification
In the case that your verification submission is rejected by Flytedesk, you will see the verification status "Needs attention" in the drawer:
