The Ads Management Table gives you a bird’s-eye view of all your ads.

Here's what each column shows:

  • Ad Name: A brief description of the inventory targeted by each ad

  • Ad Ref: The unique ID associated with each ad

  • Status: An indicator of where each ad is in its lifecycle

  • Campaign: The name of each ad's parent campaign

  • Run Dates: The date(s) each ad is scheduled to run

  • Quantity: The quantity of inventory being delivered for each ad (e.g. 1 ad placement)

  • Rate: The price your organization has set for a single ad

  • Revenue: The total amount your organization will earn for each ad upon verification (minus any applicable Flytedesk fees or commissions)

You can click on any ad name to open a detailed view (the Ad Details Drawer).

NOTE: All dates & timestamps displayed in the platform reflect Central Time.

Reviewing Your Ads

In order for your ad to be considered ready for delivery, you will need to complete a review of the ad details & creative.

To review all of the information associated with an ad, click on its name in the management table to open the ad details drawer.

The ad details drawer is comprised of four interactive sections that streamline the fulfillment process for each ad:

Pro tip: You can toggle between ads in the footer of the drawer.

Review Ad Details

For each ad, please review the information in the Ad Details section of the drawer and complete the Review form at the top.
