Every ad has a status that tells you where it is in the fulfillment process:

Status

Description

Pending

The ad is missing required information or approvals. This is the status you will see when ads are freshly booked.

Delinquent

The ad is at risk of late delivery due to missing information or approvals. This status appears when tasks, such as ad detail or creative approval, are missing and close to the start date.

Ready

All tasks and information are complete and the ad is ready to run.

Started

We have reached the ad start date, the ad should be up on your website, in your print edition, etc. Make sure to submit the verification as soon as possible.

Completed

The ad has been delivered and verified successfully; no further action is needed.

Canceled

The ad is canceled or not planned to run.

NOTE: Ads may be Pending or Delinquent as a result of incomplete tasks that require action from Flytedesk (e.g. creative upload).

Statuses update automatically as you review, approve, deliver, and verify ads.
