Finding your ads

Filter presets allow you to quickly surface any ads that require your attention:

Ads ready for creative pre-approval or review

Submit Verification

Ads ready for verification, or that require corrections to a previously submitted verification

Click the "All Filters" button to load the ads filter panel, which enables you to narrow the results in the management table based on the following attributes:

General Filters

  • Run Dates: The date(s) each ad is scheduled to run

  • Campaign: The campaign (name) associated with each ad

  • Ad ref: The unique ID associated with each ad

Workflow Filters

  • Status: An indicator of where each ad is in its lifecycle -- the status values populated by default represent ads that are in the process of being fulfilled

  • Ad Details Review: The status of the ad details review for each ad

  • Creative Review: The status of the creative review for each ad

  • Verification Review: The status of the verification review for each ad

Media Filters

  • Medium: The media type associated with the targeted inventory (e.g. Print, OOH, etc.)

  • SKU: A more detailed description of the targeted inventory (e.g. Print | Newspaper | Double Truck)

  • Ad Unit: The specific unit of inventory offered by your organization

Exporting your ads

You can export data associated with your ad (as a .csv file) at any time by clicking the "Export" button directly above the ads management table. Any filters you have applied will determine the ads included in the export.
