Street team includes distributing materials (flyers, posters, stickers, etc…) on campus. All verifications are due on the scheduled run date.
We do not require a photo of every single poster or flyer distributed. Instead, we require 10-15 images of the ads distributed in various locations on campus. Try to capture as much of the surrounding environment as possible (do not zoom in on the advertisement).
**Bonus points if your picture includes students or university branding.**
Street Team Requirements:
Posters should be taped to walls, pinned to bulletin boards, and/or attached to other vertical surfaces.
Distribute posters in high-traffic areas on campus.
Flyers, Stickers, and Coasters must be delivered person-to-person. We will not accept verification photos of these items stacked on tables.
All verification photos should capture the surrounding area and be uploaded in .jpg or .png format.
Our technology enables us to capture location data with photos and build out street team maps for buyers. Visit api.app.flytedesk.com/mva on your cell phone’s browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) to get started.
Please submit 10-15 photos in at least 10 different buildings around campus abiding by the guidelines for each material below:
Posters
Notice how posters are taped to walls, pinned to bulletin boards, mounted in coffee shop windows, and attached to other vertical surfaces (not laid out in stacks, or flat on tables).
Flyers
Flyers are to be delivered person-to-person (not hung or tacked to a wall).
Stickers
Stickers are to be handed person-to-person, alongside flyers, if accompanied, or on their own (not stacked on desks or dropped into classrooms).
As you distribute all street team items, you should simultaneously capture photos. Upload 10-15 of your best photos by navigating to the Street Team line item in the verifications page and uploading all your images to the Verification Upload box.
Remember that if an ad is not verified within 3 business days of the run date, it puts your payment at risk. Read more about our verification policy.
