Creating and managing customers

Use the Customers page to better manage client relationships. 

Find the Customers page in the left-hand menu.

On this page you can:

  • Create customer accounts

  • Manage all customer information

  • Add notes and view past customer conversations [see below]

  • Upload files (i.e. past client ads and historical purchase details)

  • Assign ad reps

  • Select customer payment preferences

  • Add customer tags (i.e client status, rate class, type of business) [see below]

  • Place an order on behalf of the customer

  • Invite a customer to their account


Customer Notes & Files will help you keep all your client records in one place. You can add a new note or file attachment by clicking the pencil icon as shown in the image below:


Customer Tags will help you organize your client relationships, design special promotions, and filter by categories that makes sense for your sales team.

Create a new tag simply by typing it in:

Use "All Tags" to filter your client list by existing tags:

Customer Invoice Settings

Default Payment Schedule: Select the cadence at which this customer prefers to be invoiced. The options are: prepay monthly, postpay monthly, and prepay in full.

Default Terms: Select the terms that should be used when invoicing this customer. The options are: Net 10, Net 15, Net 30, Net 60, Net 90

Note: Indicating payment schedule and terms here will not automatically schedule any invoice creation. These selections are intended to be used for informational/record-keeping purposes to assist in your invoice creation process.
