Fulfillment methods communicate ad deadlines, accepted creative formats, etc.
For flytedesk's National Ads, we try to standardize the national booking flow.
We have standardized the process so that your creative is always going to become downloadable in the platform 5 days before the ad is scheduled to run whether you edit the fulfillment method or not.
Editing your fulfillment method will not be communicated back to us when we are booking national ad campaigns.
We do this because it is difficult for us to track and cater to every publisher's deadlines when we are booking huge nationwide campaigns.
If getting the creative 5 days in advance is not enough time for you, communicate that to our National Ads Team whenever they reach out to you regarding a campaign. They will be able to send you the creative before your deadline via email.
If you are an Ad Shop user, you need to customize your fulfillment methods! They allow you to communicate with your clients about your advertising polices and procedures. These updated settings will not be used when we book national ads.
