Why is my product not showing up in Ad Shop?

This article is your troubleshooting guide for products that aren't visible in the Ad Shop.

If you've updated a product's information or created a custom product yourself, and you still can't see it on your Ad Shop, then there are a couple of places you can check in the Media Kit to try and troubleshoot it!

Here's a list of things you can do to troubleshoot:

  1. Make sure your collection's schedule is updated.

    2. Make sure your collection is enabled.

      3. Make sure your variants are enabled.

      4. Make sure your product is enabled.

     5. Make sure your rates are updated, both standard (national) and local rates.

   6. Make sure your fulfillment methods are set up correctly.
