You can easily cancel and reschedule an Ad Shop ad from your Orders page.
To cancel/reschedule an ad: Click on the three dots under the "Action" column, as shown in the image above.
There are a few places you can go to find your IO.
On the Orders page:
Click on the .pdf icon in the IO column.
Click on the three dots under the "Action" column and select "Download IO."
