Adjusting The Amount Due For Your Ad Shop Ads

Your guide to managing the amount due on ads booked via the Ad Shop.

The Ad Shop's billing dashboard allows you to manage all your billing details. It is common to have to adjust the total amount due on ads. Here's your guide on how to do that:

  1. Go to your Billing page and filter for Ad Shop orders.

     2. Find the ad whose payment status you would like to update. (Remember, you can filter by Run Date, Product, Company, Rep and Status to help you find your ad.)
     3. Under the Amount column, you will find the total amount due per ad.
     4. Adjust the amount to reflect what the buyer owes you.

Once you're done, the platform will save the new price and create a note below the amount that indicates how the price was adjusted and by how much.

In addition to adjusting the amount of the ad directly, you also have the option to record any changes to the price as a discount or a fee. To do this, click “+Discount or fee” link directly below the amount field. You will then be prompted to fill out the name, amount, and type of the discount or fee, as well as a description for any additional information you’d like associated to that discount or fee.
