The Credit Card Transaction report can be found in your Reports tab under Billing.
It displays information on any transactions that have gone through the platform's credit card processor, Stripe. On the report you can see the following details:
Transaction ID
Date of transaction
Customer ID
Customer name
Customer type
Status
Amount charged
Fee (Stripe fee)
Payout (amount you're owed)
Refund date
Invoice reference number
The report is customizable, so you can also filter and group the data to display the information in various ways.
This report is also helpful in matching up flytedesk payments to credit card transactions that have gone through the platform.
