You can sign in with your email, Facebook account, Google account or Apple ID.

If you choose to sign in with your email, you will be prompted to open your email app and click the sign in link (referred to as a Magic Link). You must complete this step on the mobile device that you have downloaded the Flytrex app onto.

Please note that the Magic Link does expire after 60 minutes. If you submit your email multiple times, you will receive multiple Magic Links. Always use the most recently sent link.

The Magic Link will reopen the Flytrex app automatically and you will be signed in.

If you choose to sign up with your Facebook account, you will be prompted to verify that you want to link your Facebook account to your new Flytrex account.

If you choose to sign in with your Apple ID, your account will be associated to your Apple ID, not to your email address. This will not prevent you from receiving any email communications from us, but it does mean that if you sign in again using your email address, it will be treated as a new account. After you create your account, you will be able to sign in using any of the methods as long as they use the same email address you signed up with originally. However, if you signed up with your Apple ID, you will need to continue signing in with your Apple ID exclusively.

You can now place an order to be delivered to any of our public points for same-day delivery, or submit your backyard to be reviewed as a private delivery point.
