Getting Started with the Amazon Audiences Dashboard
The Amazon Audiences Dashboard provides visibility into all available audience segments for DSP advertisers. This dashboard serves as a central repository for audience discovery and management, enabling advertisers to make more informed audience targeting decisions.

Accessing the Amazon Audiences Dashboard
Navigate to Teikametrics and go to Advertising Optimization > Upper-Funnel > Audiences.
Select a DSP Advertiser to view available audience segments.
Understanding the Audience Library
The dashboard displays a table of audiences with key details, including:
Approval Status β Indicates if the audience is usable for targeting.
Category & Data Provider β Audience type (e.g., In-Market, Lookalike) and source (Amazon or third-party).
Forecasted Daily Reach & Impressions β Estimated audience size.
Display CPM & Video CPM β Cost per thousand impressions for each format.
Creation & Update Dates β When the audience was last modified.
You can customize your view by:

Sorting & Filtering by advertising goal, category, and audience attributes.

Searching for audiences by Category, Name, ID, or Description.
β
Exporting audience data as a CSV file for offline analysis.
β Selecting/Unselecting columns to customize your view.
Filtering by Advertising Goals
You can refine your audience search based on Advertising Goals:
Awareness - Includes the majority of Amazon pre-built audience segments.
Consideration - Includes Lookalike and Contextual audience segments.
Purchase - Includes behavior based segments from AMC and Product Viewers.
Loyalty - Includes behavior based segments from AMC and Product Purchasers.
By default, the dashboard shows all available audiences across all goals.
