How to Use Time Zone Preferences in Teikametrics

We are excited to introduce Time Zone Preferences within the Teikametrics app! This new feature allows you to select and apply your preferred time zone when creating day-parting schedules.

Accessing Time Zone Preferences

To set up your time zone preferences:

  1. Navigate to your Sales Channel Connections page.

  2. Locate the new Scheduling Timezone column.

  3. Click the drop-down menu for each merchant to edit and choose your preferred time zone.

Applying Time Zone Preferences

Once your time zone preferences are set, they will automatically be applied in:

  • Ads Manager: When creating a new day-parting schedule, your selected time zone will be the default setting.

Customizing Day Parting Schedules

If you need to adjust a specific schedule outside of your default time zone, you can still do so before saving and applying the changes. This ensures flexibility while maintaining efficiency in scheduling.
