How can I automate my keyword and target actions?
User now set automation at the filter level within Keyword & Targeting Actions page. Automation can be set for all AI Smart Filters or set at the individual custom filter level. To turn on automation visit the keyword & targeting actions page and click into Create & Manage Filters. Here you will see the ability to automate all AI Smart filters and/or edit custom filters to automation. When creating new custom filters they can be automated upon creation.
I do not want target recommendations for specific ad groups.
User can create custom filters and select the exact ad groups to receive AI recommendations for. AI Smart filters will always include all active ad groups so for exclusion cases please use custom filters.
Why can I not view recommendations for a specific merchant?
Merchants must have the following to be eligible for AI recommended keyword and targets:
Ads and Products data connected
Brand and Competitor terms entered
Keyword Routing tags set for all ad groups
I previously had keyword automation set. How do I ensure automation is on with this new release?
Automation is now set at the filter level so ensure you enable automation for the filters you would like keyword and/or targets added to. Automation will run every day and find all recommendations that meet the filters criteria. From there they will be added to the destination ad group.
