Adding or Removing Users from Account

Easily add other members to your Teikametrics account with just a few simple clicks.

Step-by-step Instructions:

Start by heading over to our Users page


Adding users

Click Add user on the right hand side of the screen to load the details page

Enter the new users First name, Last name, and email address and click Submit. We'll send an email invitation to the newly created user.

Sending an invite will give your teammates 72 hours to accept and create their account.

If a teammate misses that window- just resend the invite from the Users page.

Removing users

To remove a user in Teikametrics, click the Edit button.

The user details will slide out of the page, and you can click Remove user at the bottom of the page. This will immediately revoke access to your Teikametrics account.
