To cancel your account, navigate to the billing page where you can view your current subscription status.

Choose "Initiate Downgrade" which will turn off Predictive AI and downgrade your account to Basic.

Note if you are in a free trial, initiating the downgrade before your trial ends will downgrade your account to Basic to ensure you will not get billed.
