Cancel or Downgrade Account

If you are on the Essentials plan, you can cancel your subscription by navigating to the billing page where you can view your current subscription status. Choose "Cancel Subscription," which will turn off Predictive AI and downgrade your account to our free Basic plan.

You will receive your final invoice at the end of the current billing cycle. The amount invoiced will be based on the ad spend you had incurred and your subscription tier before you downgraded. Your account will remain active under the basic plan, allowing you to manage or update details without further subscription charges.

If you are in a free trial, canceling your subscription before your trial ends will downgrade your account to our free Basic plan to ensure you will not get billed.

If you decide in the future to reactivate your Teikametrics account, you can re-enable premium features by going to the billing page and upgrading your subscription to the plan tier that you desire. If you do not see the plan tier that you wish to upgrade to or have questions about reactivating your account, please reach out to Teikametrics Product Support for assistance.
