Sign up for Teikametrics from our website here.
Step 1: Complete your Account Setup
Add your Company name and select the Marketplaces you want to connect to Teikametrics
Step 2 - Connecting Marketplace Data (Amazon)
Now you can proceed to connect your Amazon Ads and Product data. Teikametrics needs access to 2 different APIs, one to connect your Advertising data and the other to connect your Amazon Selling Partner data. Both are critical to success with Teikametrics
Note: Click on -\- next to a marketplace if you're not ready to connect to it. You can always connect additional marketplaces in the Sales Channel page once you have started your trial. Please note: you will need ad and product data for at least one marketplace to move forward.
First, click on Amazon Ads Connect

Click on Authorize in Amazon Seller Central and you'll be redirected to Amazon Seller Central to authorize Teikametrics access to your account
Once you've signed into your Advertising account, Click 'Allow' to sign-in to Teikametrics.
You'll be brought back to Teikametrics with a list of Accounts you can connect. Select the right merchants and click Connect Merchants
You've successfully connected your Advertising data π . Once Advertising data is connected, click Finish Amazon Ads connection to complete the Product data connection.
Connecting Amazon Product data
Click on Connect for Product Catalog connection.
To start, click Authorize to proceed with the connection.
Product data connects at the region level. This means you'll only need to connect Product data once for all three countries in North America (US, MX, CA), for example. Select Authorize for the region you want to connect.
Sign-in to authorize Amazon Selling Partner's API connection to Teikametrics. You'll need very specific permissions to do this, learn more about those here.
Make sure to click the checkbox and authorize Teikametrics to view your Product data by clicking Confirm.
Also ensure your Amazon reporting language is english. To do so follow the next steps:
Logging in to your Seller Central account and selecting βSettings.β Continue with the βAccount Infoβ section from there
Then click on βBusiness Informationβ and select βLanguage for feed processing reportβ. A drop-down menu will appear
Choose English by clicking βChange Languageβ from the language options, and update it.
You'll be brought back to Teikametrics. Click on Continue and Finish. We will email you when your data has finished syncing and Teikametrics is ready to go.
Once you have connected both ads and product data you will see a sync catalog screen. Once the connections have been established you will receive and email
Account Verification (Non-Google Accounts)
Note: If you've signed up with a username/password, you'll receive an email from Teikametrics to verify your account. If you created an account using your Google profile, you will not be required to complete this step. This step is required before entering your credit card to start your trial.
Step 3 - Enter your credit card
Now that your Amazon marketplace data is connected, you can start your risk-free trial of Teikametrics today!
Step 4 - Start Syncing Catalog Data
Once you've entered your credit card and selected your plan, your ads and product data will start to sync. You'll get an email notification once the data sync is completed.

Connecting More Channels After the Trial has Started
Note: After you have started your Trial you can always go and connect more Marketplaces via the Connect sales channel data to unlock from any of the pages in Teikametrics
If you're connecting an Amazon account to an existing, active Teikametrics account, Head to the Sales channel Connections page and click Add Merchant
