Access to Inventory Optimization enables several types of email alerts at the user and account level.

In short - all users will need to individually manage their individual alerts off and on as desired. The only exception to this are Custom Insight alerts: individual users can manage if the alert is on or off; but if a Custom Insight is deleted entirely; that will remove it from the entire account for all users.

Email alerts are triggered when products meet specified criteria daily.

1. Out of Stock

2. Unsold in 90 days

3. Custom Insights for Rate of Sale & Stockouts (could be as many emails as types of insights set up on the account)

Individuals can manage these in a few ways:

1. For all Inventory Email types

In your User Profile - the toggles under “Inventory Optimization” to be off or on: this will only change the in scope user’s settings

2. For Out of Stock and Unsold Inventory

Within the page itself - select the bell icon: this will only change the in scope user’s settings

3. For the Custom Insight cards

Select the bell icon: this will only change the in scope user’s settings

4. Completely Deleting Custom Insight cards ONLY:

If anyone on the account selects to ‘delete’ - this will remove the card and the tracking entirely for the account and all the users associated. This will remove the notification from the user and all other users associated with the account.
