The Viewer role within Flywheel allows account owners and admins to invite additional users to their Flywheel account without giving full edit access. Viewers cannot make any edits within Flywheel meaning that they cannot change advertising strategy, create campaigns, manage keywords, etc. Viewers can only view the data analysis that Flywheel provides.

Navigating to the Users page within Flywheel, simply select Add User. After entering first name, last name, and email users can select Viewer as the role.

Account Owners and Admins can add viewers to their account. These roles have full edit and invite access. This means that Viewers cannot add additional Viewers. They must contact their account owner or admins to add additional viewers.
