How do I submit a maintenance request?
From the home screen select Maintenance.
Click New Request.
You’ll be prompted to enter a description of your issue.
Select the appropriate issue category. This will trigger a series of triage questions related to your issue e.g. if you select Air Conditioner, you will receive questions asking if the AC is turning on, blowing hot air etc.
If you don’t see your issue, you can select other and search from a list of available issue categories
You can add any supporting photos either from your camera or photo album
You’ll be prompted for permission to enter
If you specify preferred times, you’ll select a minimum of 3 times
Once you confirm and submit you’ll land on the index page which will show all current and past requests.
Clicking into the details of a request you’ll be able to see an overview inclusive of summary along with a status timeline.
How do I view messages pertaining to your maintenance request?
