Each group of contacts is a customizable database: you can add custom data to your contacts and choose to display only the data that matters to you.

1. Custom fields

Add custom data to your contacts with custom fields.

To create a new custom field, simply click the column '+', on the right side of your group.

There are different types of custom fields you can choose, depending on the kind of information you want to add:

Select & Multi-select fields

  • ๐Ÿ—‚ Sub-category - In an Investors group, for example, you can create a select-type custom field named 'type of investor' to display the investor sub-categories with Business Angels, VCs, Equity, etc.

  • ๐Ÿ›ซ Stages/Status - In a Candidates group, for example, you can create a select-type custom field to display the different stages of the hiring process with Contacted, In Interview, Performing Technical test, Offer made, Hired, etc.

  • ๐Ÿท Tags - In an Experts group, for example, you can create a multi-select custom field to display the areas of expertise with SaaS, Enterprise Software, Retail, Finance, etc.

Date fields

  • ๐Ÿ“… Add a date for an upcoming event (e.g. the date of the next interview with a candidate)

  • ๐ŸŽฏ Add a deadline (e.g. the date when your contact needs to be sent a document)

  • ๐Ÿงฎ Add any custom date (e.g. Anniversary date, Contract dates etc.)

Text field

Add regular text for description, notes or comments to your contacts.

Number field

Add any numerical formats like currencies or percentages on your contacts.

You can change the format to choose to Percent or Currency (and select among the list of currencies).

Member field (owner)

You can tag teammates from your workspace to:

  • ๐Ÿ‘ค Assign contacts to a teammate (interviewer, account owner)

  • ๐Ÿ‘€ Clearly indicate who knows who (for intros for example)

Contact (relationships)

You can tag any contact or company from your workspace to:

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Add people to indicate relationships between contacts (e.g. relatives or partners)

  • ๐Ÿข Add companies to indicate relationships between a contact and companies (e.g. company portfolio for a VC)

2. Custom visualisation

You can customize your group display the way you want:

  • Display/hide fields: select or unselect fields from "Visible information" or directly from the header of the column

  • Re-order columns
