Step 1: Navigate to the Folktale portal
If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the Folktale Login page at portal.folktale.io and click ‘Forgotten your Password’
Step 2: Enter your email address.
If you have an account in Folktale, you will receive a prompt
to check your email.
Step 3: Find the email ‘Password Reset Requested.’
If you originally created your Folktale Account using an email and password, you will receive the following email.
Click on ‘Reset my Folktale Password’ to create a new one. Once you’ve successfully created a new password, you will be prompted to ‘Sign in now’.
Google Accounts
If you created your Folktale account using your Google Account, you will receive the following email:
Click on the 'Sign in' button to return to the login page. To sign in, ensure that you click on 'Sign in with Google.'
