Adding the Folktale portal to your home screen

If you would like to make it easier to access Folktale without navigating to it in your browser every time, you can choose to add a shortcut to the portal on the home screen of your phone. To do this, follow these steps:

For iPhones:

Step One: Click Share

Whilst on the dashboard of the Folktale portal, press the ‘Share’ icon in the center of the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.

Step Two: Add to Home Screen

Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen

Step Three: Click “Add”

An icon will now appear on your Home Screen and look and behave just like any other app.

For Android Devices:

Step One: Click the three dot menu icon

Whilst on the dashboard of the Folktale portal, press the ‘menu’ icon that looks like 3 dots located on the right-hand side of the address bar.

Step Two: Select Add to Home screen

Step Three: Give your shortcut a name and press Add.

Step Four: Press Add to home screen
