If you've created a guest account or been given a workspace-managed account by your Insights Manager, its still possible for you to upgrade to a full Folktale account.
What are the benefits of a Folktale account?
You can control your account with your email address and password.
You can receive notifications from your insights manager when they have viewed and reacted to your submitted stories
You can receive reminders from your insights manager to complete stories that you've started but not submitted
If you need to withdraw consent for a story you've submitted, you can do this from your My Stories page on platform.
How to upgrade your account
Step one: Go to your Profile.
From your Dashboard, click on your profile icon in the top navigation bar and select Profile.
Step Two: Add Email address
Find the heading Link Email address. Add your email address and click Get Linking Code.
Step three: Find the linking code in your email
Check your inbox for an email from Folktale. There you will find a linking code that to copy and enter onto your profile page.
Step four: Enter the code.
On your Folktale profile page, enter the linking code and click 'Link account using this code'.
Once you enter the code, you will get a confirmation.
